1. Return Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

Certain products, such as personal care items, perishable goods, and customized products, are not eligible for return.

2. Exchange Policy

We do not offer cash refunds. Instead, you can exchange the product for another item of equal or higher value (by paying the difference).

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, we will provide a store credit for future purchases.

3. Return Process

Initiate Return – Contact our customer support at support@gozokart.com within 3 days of receiving your order.

Return Approval – Once approved, you will receive return instructions. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Processing Time – Returns are processed within 30 days after we receive the item. You will be notified once the exchange/store credit is issued.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.

Items without original packaging or missing accessories.

Discounted or clearance sale items (final sale).
